Mati’s Chickenless Fillets are made from mycelium, the nutritious root-like structure of fungi which has been fermented similarly to beer, yoghurt or sourdough bread.
Are Mati's products plant-based?
Yes! All of Mati’s products are vegan.
Are Mati's products nutritious?
Yes! All of Mati’s products are high in protein as well as fibre and contain all the essential amino acids.
Are Mati's products natural?
Yes! Mati’s products have no artificial additives.
What do Mati’s products taste like?

All of Mati’s products are made in Estonia.
Are Mati's products gluten-free?
Yes. The only exception to the above is the Crispy Chickenless Fillets.
