Classical Burger with Mati’s Chickenless Fillet

As goes the well-known Chinese proverb ‘Do not trust a person who dislikes hamburgers’. Or maybe they have not had a hamburger with Mati’s Chickenless Fillets…

Ingredients

  • Package of Mati’s Chickenless Fillets

  • Salt, pepper and paprika powder for seasoning

  • Burger buns

  • Plant-based cheese

  • Onion

  • Pickles

  • Tomato

  • Jalapeño (Optional for spicy food lovers)

 

Sauce (For 2 people)

  • 3 tbsp of plant-based mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp of pickle juice

  • 0,5 tsp of minced garlic or garlic powder

  • 0,5 tsp of mustard

  • 0,5 tsp of paprika powder

Instructions

Slice the onion, pickles and tomato. Cook Mati’s Chickenless Fillets over medium-high heat for about 5-8 minutes on both sides until golden brown. Toast the burger buns in a toaster.

Mix all the ingredients for the sauce together and spread the sauce on the buns. Place the rest of the ingredients between the buns.
