Mati’s Chickenless Fillets Bowl with Sriracha Mayo

Ingredients (For 2 people)

  • 1 package of Mati’s Chickenless Fillets

  • 1 bag or 125 g of rice

  • 2 tbsp or 15 g of corn starch

  • Salt and pepper

  • 1 or 200 g of avocado

  • 1 or 80 g of carrots

  • 120 g of cucumbers

  • 80 g of red cabbage

  • 60 g of sriracha mayonnaise

  • 10 g of sesame seeds

Bring water to a boil in a pot. Add the bag of rice and cook for 15-20 minutes until the rice is soft.

Cut Mati’s Chickenless Fillets into small pieces. Add starch, salt and pepper to the pieces. Mix everything together so that the pieces are evenly coated.

Cook the pieces with a drop of oil on medium-high heat for about 5 minutes until all the pieces are crispy and golden brown.

Slice the avocado, cabbage, carrot and cucumber into pieces.

To assemble the bowl, put the rice in the bottom of the bowl, drizzle the mayo over it, add the vegetables and Mati’s Chickenless Fillets. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Bon appetit!
