Spicy Tacos with Mati’s Chickenless Fillets, Guacamole and Mango Salsa

These spicy tacos with Mati’s Chickenless Fillets are tasty and easy to cook. They are also one of Mati’s favourite meal to make which means you have to try them as well! Click here if you prefer a video recipe.

Ingredients (For 2 people)

  • 1 package of Mati’s Chickenless Fillets

  • 6 small tortillas

  • 100 g of black beans

  • 1 or 200 g of avocado

  • 2 or 230 g of tomatoes

  • 100 g of fresh or frozen mango pieces

  • 1 small or 50 g of red onion

  • Chilli flakes and salt for seasoning

To make the salsa, mix together the chopped onion and tomato and season to taste with salt, pepper and chilli flakes.

To make the guacamole, cut the avocado in half, remove the stone and scoop the contents into a bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork and season to taste with salt and chilli flakes.

Cut Mati’s Chickenless Fillets into bite-sized cubes. Place a pan on the stove, add a drop of oil and cook the cubes until they are golden brown. Season to taste with salt and chilli flakes. Add the drained and rinsed beans and cook the mixture for a couple more minutes.

Heat both sides of the tortillas on a dry pan for about 30 seconds.

To plate, spread the guacamole and the salsa on the tortillas. Top with Mati’s Chickenless Fillets and beans. Bon appetit!
