WHEAT flour 82% (water, WHEAT protein 52%), coconut oil, WHEAT starch, corn starch, sunflower oil, pea fibre, spices and spice extracts (white pepper, coriander, nutmeg, garlic extract), thickener (carrageenan, locust bean gum), flavourings, yeast extract, salt, acidity regulator (potassium chloride), colour (iron oxide).

The product is intended for direct consumption but can also be heated. In a pan or on a grill: Remove the casing before heating and cook over moderate heat, turning regularly. In a pot: Place the sausages (with the casing on) into boiling water and boil for 1-2 minutes. Remove the casing before serving.
