WHEAT flour 75% (water, WHEAT protein 52%), coconut oil, tomato puree 7%, corn starch, sunflower oil, spices and spice extracts (coriander, black pepper, onion), dried tomato, red pepper, green pepper, thickeners (carrageenan), flavourings, yeast extract, salt, vitamin B12, beech and alder smoke.
The product is intended for direct consumption but can also be heated. In a pan or on a grill: Remove the casing before heating and cook over moderate heat, turning regularly.
